The show was moved to a nearby field due to travellers on the original site. The worst surface we have experienced at a show. Bryn and Twiglet refused to walk properly on the cut down thistles!

A surprisingly cold day at the show with strong winds. Inside the tent was freezing and the dogs were pleased to have their heaters!
Despite the cold all showed very well and we were thrilled with Twiglets result!

What a great result for the gorgeous Twiglet! She showed like a dream and moved very well on the grass.
Bentley is enjoying himself in the show ring again and has regained weight lost during his illness.

Off to a new venue for us today, the weather was not so good, very blustery wind, but at least we were indoors. Everyone at the show was very friendly and we had a lovely time. We had a slight problem getting to the venue as a new road had been built for the Olympics and our sat nav got a bit confused!

A rather cramped venue so the Toys were using a squash court as a ring with trolleys and grooming in another court which meant we were unable to watch any judging! Not ideal but we made the best of the situation.
Rather wet and muddy underfoot and slippery in the ring.

A nice warm day at Windsor, Mikey showed very well as did Twiglet. Bryn had a very tough class and not placed today!
Relaxing in Windsor by the Thames afterwards.
Up very early and after a yummy McBreakfast off on the long drive to Exeter. A venue we have not been to before we were pleasantly surprised how light and airy it was.

As it was Mikey's birthday he had a day off today!
What a terrific day for little Bryn. He showed so well even though it must have been over 90 in the hall by the time of group judging!
After the show we went to the beach at Lyme Regis, on the Jurassic Coast. (pictures above)

Mikey is looking so good and is still only 9 months old. Bryn continues to look better and better. His coat is still growing and the colours are amazing.
Bryn retains the cup for Best Toy for another 6 months.

A fantastic day for us with Bentley qualifying for
Crufts 2012. He had been unwell with a mystery illness for over a year and
is now almost back at his best. We are looking forward to showing him in
some Veteran classes this year. He loves to be in the ring and had regained
his sparkle!
Twiglet continues to look for her coat!
Our first show of the 2011 season and the long trip to Bath Showground saw us up very early.

Mikey, handled by Jon, behaved very well at his first championship show and was a little star! Crufts 2012 qualified this means we have 3 dogs going to Crufts next year.
Twiglet was her usual confident self in the ring and looks amazing now in her adult coat.

Crufts 2010 Three of our dogs were shown and Lorah's Girls Aloud
at Henrix JW awarded 2nd in Graduate Bitch (14 in class)
Crufts 2009 We had 3 dogs qualified and Red
Bequest Ur Ringlands ShCM was short listed in his class. Smartie was not
shown.
Crufts 2008 Red Bequest Ur Ringlands ShCM awarded VHC in Graduate Dog
(19 in class).
The new year has already started for us and we hope
2011 will be as exciting and successful as last year. 2010 saw Twiglet
gaining her Junior Warrant, which gave her a Stud Book Number, and Bryn
awarded a Stud Book Number and his Show Certificate of Merit.
Mikey, Ringlands Sizzling Samba at Henrix, has now joined the show team
and will be handled by Jon.
Lorah's Girls Aloud at Henrix JW was placed 13
times at Championship Shows in 2010 including 2nd at Crufts and 5
Championship class wins.
Bryn Terfel of Ringland ShCM had many good
places at Championship Shows including class wins. Also Best Toy in Show at
Whitstable and Isle of Wight shows.

We had a great day out at Crufts this year.
No wins this time but both dogs showed very well and looked super.
There was an entry of 320 Papillons from all over the world and it was great just to be a part of it!

It was nice to have the company of Laura and Liz which enabled us to have a wander round.

Little Bryn showed his socks off and made the final cut in a very large Toy Group. No place in the group today but he showed so well and is definitely in his prime! A pleasure to show under a breed judge who obviously really understands toys.

We really enjoy our trips to the Island which is a 40 minute boat ride. A lovely day with little wind so a smooth crossing.
